Fenix Evaporative Cooler Turn Up Service Includes:

1. Uncovering the Unit
2. Clean off debris
3. Open it up.
4. Blow out and wipe down inside of unit 
5. Re-Install Pads or Install new Pads (Customer provided)
6. Reconnect water line
7. Put belt back on motor and fan
8. Turn on and test system
9. Close Unit Back Up

Fenix Evaporative Cooler Turn Down Service Includes:

1. Turn off the water supply to the swamp cooler and disconnect the water line from the unit.
2. Mechanically blow out any water from within the system to ensure no residual water remains that could potentially freeze and damage the unit. 
3. Any standing water at the base will also be removed to prevent corrosion and possible damage over the winter.
4. The swamp cooler will be thoroughly cleaned and checked to ensure no parts are broken or worn.
5. Disconnect the drive belt from the fan and motor to release tension.
6. Finally, a cover will be placed over the swamp cooler to prevent cold air from entering the indoor space. If your unit has a damper, it will be closed to further aid in keeping the cold air out.

Cost: $99.00 for homes with roof pitch to 6/12

Note(s): Roof pitch of 7/12 or greater are an additional cost

Any other parts, pads, repairs, or additional labor will result in additional charges.

Fenix will take 10% off the purchase and installation of any SunRise or Attic Breeze solar attic fan or blown in attic insulation (minimum 10 bag) project.

Combine the purchase & installation of 2 or more attic fans receive 20% off the total cost of the project.

Maintenance services will vary from system to system, but most A/C System tune ups include the following steps:

1. Check refrigerant charge levels and air flow, check for refrigerant leaks
2. Make sure all electrical connections are sound and components are working properly
3. Check for secure physical connections of individual parts
4. Check the run capacitor for bulging and/or unusual markings or color
5. Check and clean outdoor condenser coil
6. Check indoor evaporator coil for blockage and apply self-rinsing cleaner when possible
7. Check and clean the condensate drainage system
8. Clean and adjust blower components
9. Check the air filter, and replace or clean, if needed

Annual furnace maintenance is important for the health of your system, which is why we’ve put together this handy furnace maintenance checklist. Not all of these steps will apply depending on the type of furnace but this is a good outline of the service we provide:

1. Check and potentially replace or clean the air filter.
2. Check thermostat operation
3. Run the furnace in heating mode and record temperature readings from both the return air ducts and the supply or heating ducts, to be sure the heating output is within manufacturer’s specifications
4. In the combustion chamber, check and clean the burner, crossover, and igniter
5. Check and adjust the gas valve
6. On older furnaces, evaluate, clean, and tune the pilot light system
7. Clean the heat exchanger and check for cracks, holes, or leaks
8. Inspect and clean the blower and blower motor (your technician might need to remove the blower)
9. Check for burned wires or high-temperature problems
10. Inspect the flue pipe and ductwork
11. Check for leaks in the gas line and other fuel supply components
